FAIL!

Soo.... I would like to say that semester numero uno was not the best semester known to man, or the worst, but it did stink. And that freshman 15 did find its way to me after all. But all is not lost, last semester was a learning experience on so many levels; academically, spiritually, emotionally, and physically, and while this semester is going tons better, there is still more to work on. And now, I am finally ready to apply what I've learned from my past mistakes and become self-actuallized and all that wonderful jazz, and you, dear reader (if I have any anymore), get to share in this wonderfully exciting adventure.

Helping me with this journey is my wonderful extended familia; cousins, aunts, uncles, ect., we are all embarking on the Body for Life Challenge. Starting on Monday we will be working our butts off (literally, if all goes well) for the next 15 weeks. And to make things more interesting, it's a competition! But.... we're still not sure on the actual prize... we'll see how that goes. Nevertheless, being the incredibly competitive person that I am, this competitive aspect of the journey has me particularly excited, even though there is no specific prize, my pride is at stake! Especially when a certain uncle eggs me on and such nonsense. So hold on to your britches, here we go!

P.S. And on a brighter note, I am totally in love with green beans right now! Except, I am still picky on how they're prepared. Oh, well, progress, nonetheless!
