So...




Well, life is pretty busy and I leave for Provo this Saturday, woot woot! I don't have time to start the official challenge but here are some of the things you can plan to see on this blog:
  1. My daily workouts - I'll tell you everything I did, how I felt, and where I got it.
  2. My meals - I'll put everything that I eat so I can make sure I'm on track and you can see what I'm doing.
  3. Recipes!! If it's really yummy I want to share it with you!

  4. Pictures! Blogs are boring without them and what fun is this challenge without before and after shots?
  5. And whatever else pops into my head and seems important!
