A New Block Class

On Monday I started my new Weight Managemetn Class. I admit I was really nervous when I got there, especially after reading the sylabus but now I am really excited. I feel that it is the perfect time for me to be taking this class and that having this combined with the Peatross Body for Life Challenge will really make me a better person, not only physically but mentally in that it will teach me determination and diligence.

Anyway, it's late and I need to get some other stuff done. Soooo.....

Food:
-1 cup grapenuts with milk
-3/4 cup yogurt
-orange
-tuna with a little mayonaise, on bread with pepper and pepperjack cheese
-corn and greenbeans the usual way
-1 small cheesy biscuit, all right, I feel really guilty about eating this but my roommate made them and they just smelled sooo good that I couldn't help myself! But I didn't have any sweets! And there is a HUGE bag of peanut m&ms just sitting here begging to be eaten and I haven't touched one!

I haven't exercised yet just because today has been a really crazy day but I'm goind to do some crunches and all that basic jazz before I go to bed.

So not as great a success as yesterday but the biggest thing I was worried about was the food and I am still doing good on that premise. And on that note I bid you, adieu.
